  This company is absolutely horrible - We were grandfathered in to service after having purchased our home. The first year's contract was fine. When they called to reup the contract I said yes due to being sold on a service bonus (I was never informed that this costs 400 dollars) I later learned that I had been billed and was not pleased, but we have an older furnace and I assumed it would be a good idea anyway. Burke arrived and serviced the furnace. They then updated their systems and FORGOT the work they did on it. After a ton of back and forth we finally managed to find the invoice and told them the information they "needed" to come back and continue work. The second serviceman was in the process of trying to convince me that our baseboard pipes had frozen (while I'm showing him a thermostat reading 58 degrees) when I walk downstairs and discover the previous serviceman had turned the lever off to that zone. After that, the guy spends the rest of his time hemming an hawing on personal calls and eventually leaves. We fast forward to today and the furnace has not worked all night into this morning. we have a wood stove, so its not a catastrophe, but its not ideal. I call for service at 8 am and get told they will be here between 10-4. I take the day off from work and push all my other duties to 6 pm. I call them at 4 to see what the hold up is and they tell me the service will be here at 8. I honestly flipped out on the phone. How do you not call to update a customer when this is the issue?! After calling back and getting another CS rep, I was able to schedule the service to later on tonight, but this is the worst oil company I have ever employed and I will be switching out ASAP.
