  I'm sure we all like fast food, but when it's not fast, not accurate and especially they are not customer oriented what is a place such as this here for. I've been to this location in the past three yrs, every time a disappointment. It's not that hard to figure out. Why is it so hard to manage a chain restaurant such as this .... I'm almost convinced they need honest people. The young girl seemed like on a drug or was not there in my view she was just lacking in the mind. Couldn't understand my order, and dining there was a bit upsetting, manager was told of assistant cursing in play area were my daughter was. Daughter told me and was upsetting. How dumb are you to curse when a child is playing while you talk about your illicit affairs and describe it as such, "hoe" from what my daughter's recalling She doesn't know this word, coming from a black female. Sad. I challenge this site to be cleaner and less disgruntled. Maybe it will be better and I did find the manager very helpful.

  This is my 7th visit. This Burger King has one of the most excellent staff of people I've ever seen. I believe BK has been given a very bad rap. We as a group of people need to rethink Bk. This one restaurant has changed my mind. The DM is a great man Louis I think is his name. Knoshia is a night mgr. This young woman's attitude toward people has not only amazed me but it's given my theme for the month of may. It's finding and writing about the amazing people in places that I shop. Great customer service is hard to find here now. No matter the challenges that thia young woman may face throughout her life she will meet and beat anything that gets in her way. Knoshia you are one of the best people I've ever met. Please keep that smile and know you may not be told by customers but we appreciate the great amazing job you do. To all of my followers if ever in San Antonio Texas please come by this bK say high and know your food is delivered and prepared with love kindness and great fullness.

  Love the burger king on San Pedro. You get great meal deals with phone coupons. Fast and clean. The counter help is good.

  The service was very slow! It took 30 minutes for a simple burger. When I specifically requested for some of the condiments to be left off the burger, the manager taking my order intentionally repeated my order wrong and continued doing so as a joke. After 30 minutes, my order was ready. I had to leave for a meeting, so I didn't check my order until I arrived at my set destination. My order had all the condiments I had specifically requested for it to NOT have. I have food allergies. I would have felt very sick if I had eaten it before examining it. While there I also observed a very messy, partly broken drink station of which the the employees made no effort to clean up. The customer service I recieved was so poor, I will not be returning to this Burger King location.
