::The man taking our didn't sound too happy. Ordered a number 8 with a large drink with no ice. Ordered a 10 piece. He charged me with a large number 8. I only wanted the drink large. No sauce with my 10 piece when i said sauce. When we got to the window he took my card and swiped it and gave it back. As soon as he did he immediately shut the window and went on his phone. He made the manager give us our food and the manager just let him be on his phone IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. You're a manager. Please do your work like you're supposed to. If he's having a bad day don't let him work at the window. I get he's having a rough day but don't let him disrespect everyone like that. Please fix these issues.

::The food wasn't "pretty" but it was done correctly and quickly. Cashier thought I said to go instead of dine in.. :-/ over all great experience.

::Stopped by Burger King and picked food up to take home. I was so impressed that everything we ordered "SPECIAL" was correct! I guess I'm so use to McDonald's NEVER getting our order right that I was in shock that everything was correct 😉 Thank you Burger King for getting it right!

::Long day of flight delays. Got uber to my hotel next door, rushed to check in then happily walked over, excited to finally have something to eat. Door was locked. It was 10:05pm. The website said midnight, but that refers to drive thru, not lobby. There were several employees inside sitting on counter, waiving no at me. No cars in parking lot, no customers around. Just me, cold and hungry at the door while they sat around laughing at me.
