  HTH is this location in downtown not open before 7am???!!! Starbucks across the street is open, the Cuban store down the street is open, yet a major food chain like BK isn't. Stupid!!!!!!

  Got ham egg cheese breakfast combo did not have $4 off coupon noted that croissant was rather large and filled with nice fresh thick layered ingredients with coupon you get 2 very small croissants with smaller amounts of ingredients was a good breakfast

  For being fast food in a big downtown city was very quick and professional. I wouldn't say outright they were friendly but definitely not mean. Also super clean the two times I've been there

  This place is absolutely terrible, the service is very slow, the employees are really rude, the food is almost always cold so I'd recommend you always tell them that you want it fresh and don't expect management to fix your problem. I highly recommend calling corporate like I did if you have any issues. since the staff is constantly changing, don't be surprised if the person taking your order doesn't know what they're doing

  The location is good bit the place so dirty it almost impossible to eat in there. Full of homeless ppl and drug addicts.
