  Crapy service. Very slow. Supposed to be open for foot trafic but lock the doors half an ho. ur to 45 mins early. Rude and have difficulty getting your order right

  I ordered a meal. Took approx 12 minutes for them to get it right. #1Whopper meal with cheese, plain. No sauce, lettuce, no pickle. 3 tries later. I got it.Btw manager suggested I just remove what I did not want on my sandwich. I was very upset. Calling store manager on Monday. Very un professional

  People seem not care about they're job I was in front of the counter for about a good 4 mins. Nobody got close to ask if I was ready to order, there was a girl on the drive thru one sweeping and the others walking back and forth. I believe that don't matter what you do you have to put your best effort people going pay for a meal they're not receiving it for free and then they go to ask for a raise for a $15 raise, for me one of the biggest things is customer service we can provide good service maybe you shouldn't be working there.

  I just went to this location for the first time and service was great . Yes there’s a ton of homeless here ; but one was very polite and said good afternoon to me and nothing else . There was one quietly eating French fries inside , I gave him my combo meal drink and he was very thankful. When I left he thanked me again and wished me a good day .

  This a good Burger King with good people. Rarely too busy. I gave it a four because it's convenient to get to and park and the employees ate generally nice and polite. However, this location is also prone to homeless people crowding nearby and occasionally coming in to argue about being able to use the restroom. Be prepared to deal with that.
