::Got my order wrong, not a big deal-But the guy in front of me also had the wrong order. He asked for his money back and the worker got rude with him by saying it was correct. But it wasnt. The workers were as loud and unprofessional.

::Actually the worst BK In all of Houston. They take way too long to make your order. I swear every time I come I always get asked to pull up and end up waiting at least 20 minutes for my order. I come back because I think service might be different but the staff is just lazy period. Especially this older big white lady who just doesn’t care about you if your order is wrong.

::This is one the worst locations to go to when were talking about speed and customer service. 8 times out of 10 they will pull you around to the front to wait on your food. Most of the time it seems as if they do not want to be there and it feels as if they don’t know how to run the location. Speed is just not good and it’s so frustrating that there isn’t another location close enough to avoid this one.

::This is the worst burger king in Houston. I have went for my lunch break at various times and every time I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and my break is only 30 minutes. The last time I went the employees had their kids climbing on the countertop and they were loud and rude I'm front of customers. I absolutely hate this burger king. Everyone has an attitude even the manager and they are very unprofessional. I hate they are so close to the medical center. I feel the CEO needs to pop up in this location or close it all together. The tables are always filthy when when they not busy. I'm done eating there.

::Not sure if management is aware that the employees close this location early. I kept asking why and they said they couldn't cook beef cause they closed the grill. It was only 1030 on 1/28/18. I would like a manager to contact me.
