::Don't buy food from this one, go to like one at the mall or one in a suburb, your order will be gross and wrong, the food was old, and even though I had to wait extra for my nuggets to get done when the employee came out, I should have checked the bag, foolishly I thought I could trust someone in a uniform but really she just went and started talking to 2 other people in uniforms and while she was on the job, took time to stand outside and talk to her friends. Like I dont care about the missing nuggets bc I would expect them to be nasty anyways like my other food was but seiously unprofessional for being across the street from Children's hospital. Not going here and telling all my friends and family to never go here. Its not worth wasted time and money. Such a disappointment.

::Horrible service. Manager complained that people called in so she did want to make iced coffee. Had a new girl by herself on register, then manager was frustrated with her because she didn't know what to do. Most people before and after me were waiting a long time (over 5 mins] for their food. Manager, Lisa, has foul language towards employees and customers. My fries wetter got only because they had to maker more. The whopper was barely warm. Out of most flavors of pop. Now I know why their ratings are bad

::Let's be frank. This is the sketchiest Burger King in all of the twin cities. Last I went there, they asked me to back away from the drive-thru window and said that they would wave me up when my food was ready. That puts you towards the back of the building by the dumpster and genuinely left me wondering if I wasn't being set up to be robbed. I still don't have any idea why they did that.

::Who is the franchise owner?! Manager refused to tell me. They are a franchise and don't have to follow regular policies. They did not give me all my order and said "oh you're just missing etc" um no. Then they thought they would "park me" when that involved pulling into traffic while getting my order. Nope. My $22 order was too large... Though seeing people eating food from other restaurant, I understand why. How do I find this fanchise owner and get a health inspection done??

::All the employees were nice and ready to serve. Food was good qaulity. The owner should do some building repairs but everything else was good so I am not sure why the ratings average is so low??? Also I could not see a wheel chair ramp; maybe it is buried under snow or they just don't have one???
