Awful. Just awful. Mediocre food. HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a coffee with my food. The lady gave me my food, walked away, I waited five minutes while she stood there talking to another worker, glanced at me a couple times (not even kidding), kept talking, until I told her I ordered a coffee. Took another 5 minutes (seriously) just to get it. There were 3 other people in the whole place, one other person waiting. Will never go back. Worst part, bathroom smelled like sewage.

My husband and I love the fact that they have veggie burgers there. This is a nice vegetarian treat and it's a way to get fast food but not have to hurt animals at the same time. We would like for this company to offer coupons for the vegetarian burgers also. Unfortunately they have lots of coupons for everything else but not veggie burgers!!!

The roof was busted and water was leaking inside the restaraunt. Not just a little bit, but 8 buckets full of water covering half the store. It''s in the Ghetto of Detroit, so I doubt it will be fixed soon. I ordered some cheesy tots which are delicious. Would recommend any other Burger King.

It's real simple. I asked for a bacon cheeseburger no ketchup. To my amazement what did I receive? A bacon cheeseburger with ketchup. Why am I not surprised! $10.00 an hour, yea right! Forget it, you're not intelligent enough to leave off the ketchup. Maybe you need a degree for that.
