  I just got hung up on by a rude, disrespectful and I'll bet totally sexist jerk who, because at first I did not understand what he was saying, and to clarify I spoke about 2-3 minutes, cut me off, said he had no time to talk "FOR HOURS!", I said if that's how he'll speak to me there's no need to go further and rather than apologize, he said "good day" and hung up. As an attorney at a high powered NYC firm for over 20 years and someone who has done at least 4 renovations over the years, I can spot a loser almost instantaneously and I am usually spot on. IF THAT IS HOW SOMEHOW FIRST SPEAKS TO YOU WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING TO HIRE THEM, you'll only have yourself to blame when that not only continues but gets worse once you do. THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE - USE THEM INSTEAD.

  After my garage door spring let-loose in the middle of the night, I sent Burchett Door an email from their website. They arrived bright and early the next morning, and for a very reasonable rate replaced the parts.
