  I mean it's Burberry when can you go wrong? Very good and friendly service. I do hate seeing the pretentious patrons, but they mainly congregate at Louis Vuitton.

  Very bad greetings as soon as i walked in. two ladies standing at the front desk and busy taking. i walked in didn't feel the vibe and walked out. Very unprofessional . will never go back and i won;t recommend to other people either

  On my last couple of visits, I had the pleasure of having Luba, attend my fashion needs at Burberry. Now she's my go to SA who's Russian accent puts a smile on my face as she describes new pieces, and has great gift ideas when I'm impulse shopping. All of the staff are professional, friendly and courteous, but today it was Dave M. who addressed my fashion concerns. Great experience, from start to finish. I can't say enough about how positive my experience was today while concluding my visit with Michelle (Asst Manager). Your sales team is awesome! Update.. Of all the boutiques in Fashion Valley, Burberry's floor plan/selection has you feeling like you discovered something new with each section that you enter. I'm a huge fan of their tailored trenchcoats. In my collection, my current favorite is the London Kensington (Leather Trim) Double Breasted Trench Coat, in Navy. I'm not the type that drools over a specific designer and have a "WANT for it" (vs NEED) to make my day. More than often, it's no big deal. If I like it, I may commit. But on a super rare day, I could come across a piece that will shotgun blast your wallet upwards $2K (for a raincoat) and STILL having you leave with a smile on your face. Crazy for some to absorb, but very true.

  Awesome customer service! All of the employees were happy to help or answer any questions I had with a smile. Unlike some other high end boutiques Burberry always has the best customer service.
