  Staff were friendly. Just love the classic style that Burberry has. Their quality is really amazing too. A trench coat will last a lifetime. The store is just overall really beautiful.

  Awful customer service: the sales reps are petulant children who think that being snobs will magically turn their mid tier brand into haute couture. Ken, Anastasia, and Steven Cruz are all equally worthless (both as human beings and as salesmen). Avoid these clowns.

  Amazing fashion cloths however so expensive you wish one of your relatives would have the good sense to die. However really good stuff my money would be better invested in a scooter. Just pretend you are a storm tossed uliysus who accentatly ended up in that store . amusing puppet trinkets graffiti jackets. Browsey courousey. I am also a Brit death to the ruling class.
