  Tried to make an arrangement appointment for my fiancé's imminent mother while waiting in the ICU but the woman on the phone told me "UM, NO the facility is supposed to call us, not the family." As someone who has never had to make funeral arrangements before, I found this to be extremely rude and incredibly unprofessional.

  The funeral directors and staff at Bunkers Eden Vale Mortuary were able to answer all of my family's questions and addressed our concerns throughout the process.

  was told to sign for a family members keepsake at the grave sight. Made arrangements for 5 family members to meet up so it would be more convenient and less hassle. Only to find out it was for a living "WILL" very sad my family interest wasn't at HEART. Never even received the keepsake or was it ever mentioned!!!

  I have nothing but excellent things to say about my experience with Bunkers Eden Vale Mortuary. The staff are wonderful and great to communicate with. They were so helpful and competent at such a difficult time.

  I felt very comfortable working with our director at Bunkers Eden Vale Mortuary. He made sure to keep us informed throughout the whole process.I would most certainly use them again in the future if the time came.
