  Don't let appearance fool you. Dealership took over a month to transfer a registration. Called to speak to a manager would not take a call or return a call for 2 weeks. End result my license and registration are now suspended. They sell cars and trucks not build them buy elsewhere!

  I took my car into Buick in Mahwah and received excellent service. The car was serviced in less time then expected and the staff is professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

  Great service dept. Krystal and Don are very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire service department does whatever it takes to get job done and make sure client is pleased.

  I've purchased 2 vehicles from them so far, and will continue with them for my next. I live in the Sullivan County Catskills, so it's a ride to get to them, but it's worth it to me. They've got an Awesome Sales & Service Team, who always greet you with a smile and do their best to help you in any way possible. Service is easy to schedule and done on time, and never any hidden issues. They actually listen to what their customers have to say! I am extremely happy working with them and can't imagine going anywhere else for my 3rd vehicle, when the time comes! Go to see them for your next vehicle purchase. You'll be glad you did!!
