  Once again I had to call Bugsnuffer and once again my problem insects were taken care of as usual I have used them many times over the years and all I can say is not only does Rob keeps his appointments on time and does his job well he is a very pleasant person to deal with I have recommended him to family and friends who are also happy with his service.

  The tech was knowledgeable and a total professional. My wife saw bugs in the house that we had never seen before and she was frantic, they came the same day! The house has been bug-free and my wife couldn’t be happier. Great service and price, I have and will continue to recommend Bugsnuffer to anyone.

  Rob Snuffer was more than helpful in maintaining my families need to have 24/7 pest control. My wife is very afraid of bugs to say the least and BugSnuffer has kept our home bug free for multiple years! Kudo's to you Rob and thanks for the exceptional service.

  Mr Rob Snuffer is dishonest and a very, very unprofessional business owner. We are in a dispute with this man in Paypal for services we did for him. We did over 15 hours of work for him and he is asking for his deposit back. We made several attempts to contact Mr Snuffer to try to deliver and resolve what he wanted. He never contacted us back. We have never had a complaint against us and we have satisfied customers. We take pride in our work and offer the best in our business. Here is what he wrote in PayPal "hi Diana. i'm sorry but i need to find someone else. it's not you, it's me. i'm sorry it had to end this way. we just want different things and you just can't give me what i want. please just refund my money. we can still be friends. -rob." However, this is the review he wrote once we disputed it. "These people are morons. I'm pretty sure they outsource their work to the local kindergarten, or maybe the should because they can probably do a better job. If you are looking for a professional quality website, don't call these clowns. They have no clue what they're doing. I basically made my own website template as an example for these people to copy and they didn't do anything" We do not outsource our work and take great pride in our craftsmanship. We have offered to resolve any issues he may have. Instead he has hired someone else and is only trying to cheat us out of our money for services done for him. I am leaving this review to show the character of this man and how he conducts himself in business. It is in my opinion that he is unprofessional and untrustworthy.
