  I debated on whether or not to give this a single star. To me, the server was not properly trained. It was aweful. Ordered wings and forgot the dressing. By the time it arrived, the wings were cold. They walked past the empty water glass multiple times without providing a refill. Checked on the quality of the food just before we were done eating. Pretty sure the wings were over seasoned (spicier than usual) which made me wonder about what was happening in the kitchen. Our food, the entrees, were brought out separately with several minutes between each plate It was difficult to get ahold of the server in an uncrowded restaurant. The service was so bad that the individual taking care of us must have no clue on how to provide basic service in a restaurant, so this reflects on poor management. Servers need to be better trained. The host greeted us warmly and quickly seated us. The server was kind throughout the night. Table was clean when seated. Sadly, the food was average.

  I didn't get our servers name but he was awesome!! Food and drinks came out super fast and very tasty. I got the mild wings and they were hot to my sensitive self but delicious! My husband and I got the bacon cheese curd burger to split and it was amazing my sons cheeseburger was equally tasty!! Will recommend

  Food is always good and that’s about it. Good/drink orders take forever. Impossible to find waitress. This is what our table looks like with 30+ minutes of being done with eating. Our waitress hasn’t even cleared one beer glass/can in the last 2 hours we’ve been here.

  I ordered here during lunch, they always ready on time or earlier. Pickup line can be long sometimes but they’ll get you through. Shame they have so many flavors but most are uneatable. American chain restaurant having authentic sauce is not what i expected.

  This is like 5 th time in several months. At least respect the hard earned money. If you cook extra food, donate it to the homeless instead of reselling it in the name of fresh food. Ordered onion rings/wings today. Onion rings were probably 12 hour old. They were soft and soggy. Wings were sensationally old, probably kept aside for a day and then added some sauce on it. Believe me you do not want to order again on ' not so busy days' here. What a shame! Even a two year old kid can say whether the food is fresh or not by looking at water and sauce from the food. Disappointed. *Look at the water coming out of the boxes and the dark spots on the wings. That is a clear sign of the not so fresh food.
