  Love Buffalo Wild Wings! Good service, good food, and some tablets on tables for playing games as a group. Highly recommended for groups of friends looking for a chill place to eat and drink.

  Went there after work on a Sunday for a buddy’s birthday and unfortunately it was an hour before close. Still no excuse for the horrible service. Very rude and hastened server. You could tell he wanted to just leave already. The wait time for our food was over 30 mins. And when we got our food it was cold , dry , and overall not what I expect when I come to a buffalo wind wings. On top of that my buddies order was wrong and instead of saying “oh do you mind potato wedges instead of fries” he took it amongst himself to just give him the wedges. I don’t recommend this place at this location to anyone.

  It happened twice, hence writing down. The waitresses manipulated the tip amount and twice I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. First time I didn't get my money back. I had paid tip of 2.00$ and it was interpreted as 20$. My credit card was discover which did not have fraud protection and ended up losing those 20$ 2nd time, after several months, I had forgot about it and thought it to be genuine manual error and went again. This time the bill was 39.74$ and I tipped 4.00$ tip on the slip and left. After 1 week I was browsing through my citi credit card which has now fraud protection and saw a deduction of 79.74$, exactly 40$ tip. Again 4.00$ of tip was manipulated as 40$. Trust me no one was stupid to have missed the dot in tip amount. Just want to highlight this to the management so that they are aware. I like the place overall and don't want to stop going because of some unethical waitresses. This is not pretty. :(

  First time here. Stopped by before going to the movies. Service was pretty swift, our server was on point and the food was banging. My only problem was the lighting ... it looked like a surgery room! Too bright! Everything else was pretty good.

  We went here at 10 pm after I got off work and even though they didn't close for a few more hours, everyone was in closing mode, including the kitchen. All the food was cold and flavorless, from the apps to the entrees. The French fries tasted like they were left over and reused. If the food had just been hot, it would have been so much better, but it wasn't. We didn't wait long for it, so I think the kitchen just doesn't care. Our service was pretty mediocre too...he was unfriendly and we never got drink refills even though he was standing close by just talking to all the other servers. On top of all that, the music was so loud (like club level loud) that we couldn't even have a conversation. I don't know why I ever go to a Buffalo wild wings. The service and food is usually mediocre, but after this experience I'm never going back.
