  If I could give a 0 star rating I would. This place is absolute trash and have had nothing but issues every time we go. Tonight when myself and a party of 5 went we first weren’t even greeted by anyone at the front desk. We waited about 2 minutes for someone to come take our name down. We then waited about 15 minutes for a table. The waitress didn’t know the menu items or what beer was on tap. We then waited about 30 minutes for an appetizer. Watched people that came in after us eat and pay and leave before we even got our meal. After being there for over an hour and a half, my husband went up to the front and asked for a manager who proceeded to tell him a ticket was never put in for our food at our table. Never again will you catch myself, family, friends or coworkers going near this Buffalo Wild Wings. They should have never even opened.

  One of the most happening place in Newburgh for any match or events you can come and celebrate here. Large variety of wings and amazing taste. Beware of the wings marked from red....it's damm spicy....

  Our server was good, but the food not so much. The Caesar salad had bad lettuce and came with no dressing on it. The mac n cheese didn't come as described with bread crumbs and the chicken in it was supposed to be mild, which it definitely was not. For the sampler appetizer we asked for garlic parm and they gave us a different one, we had to ask what it was. I did enjoy the black cherry limeade though.

  Service was sub-par. Took 10 minutes for server to initially come to the table, nice personality, but no follow through on service. Had to ask for utensils, napkins, and extra water several times. Asked for extra wet wings and barely got any sauce on them. Had family with me and they normally hand my kids tablets to play with, had to ask for them this time, hostess seemed to lack attention to what she was doing. Seemed short staff since I was told both mangers on duty were cooking. This place is sliding downhill fast, unfortunate, because normally BW's is a reliable place to go to with family.

  That place is the heaven for sport lover, the customer service is amazing, I was on my birthday and was fantastic... Go ahead guys your are the best. I drove from Saugerties NY and Worth it 1000s times...
