  This is the 3rd time I have visited this new location with friends and it has been more and more disappointing each time. This particular time we were seated right away and that was it. We spent 30 minutes waiting on our server to take our drink orders. Instead, she decided to clean the tables around ours and never acknowledge us. When I was getting ready to say something, I found her arguing with her coworker about cleaning the tables. Then she proceeded to argue with customers about where they could sit. It's very disappointing that this restaurant, after multiple second chances, can't seem to understand basic customer service standards or practices.

  Sad to say this was my worst experience eating out in years. The party of 6 I was with on a Tuesday at 6:45 took 2 hours from start to finish. We waited 1 hour after being completely finished for our bill to be processed correctly, even with help from a manager. I can understand a new restaurant taking some time to work out kinks, but it is onvious that the majority of the waitstaff (including the manager we had) have not been properly trained or prepared for the rush of even a week night at Buffalo Wild Wings. I will probably try this location again at the end of summer, hoping they are better prepared for proper customer service. Would not recommend eating at this location now with any party larger than 4.

  The new building looks great, but if they can’t figure out how to take care of the customers it’ll be empty soon enough. Our waitress was quick to bring my kids their drinks but we waited +10 minutes for our beers before I had to ask another server to help us. When our food came out we had the wrong size serving of wings. The waitress said, “Yeah, I don’t know why I did that. Let me know if you want anything else.” Finally, after waiting for +20 minutes for our bill, I took my kids out to the car and on my way out let the manager know we still didn’t have a bill. If a customer has to reach out to a manager for assistance twice, don’t you think that might be a flag that somethings not quite right? There wasn’t any acknowledgement of their shortcomings, they’re completely oblivious!

  Awesome new location! Dalton was a fantastic server! He did very well with any questions we had. Will be requesting him every time we come here.

  New location looks great! Would've given a better ranking but our server literally disappeared after taking our order. Other servers helped out with drinks and running food, so we were still cared for. Our server walked back in through the front door carrying a Starbucks drink carrier loaded down with beverages. Not sure what kind of management is happening if they let a server walk out on a party of 11.
