  This was the most disappointing experience we’ve ever had at a B Dubs. They forgot an item and all of our sauces, so I called to try to correct the situation. The first time I called, they hung up before I could even speak. The second time, I told the person who answered that they forgot to give us some items, and she said she would get the manager. I waited on hold for 3 minutes until someone picked up the call, and again hung up on me. I called back a third time, and finally got through to the “manager.” I had to explain to him 3 times what the issue was as he struggled to find our order, and when he finally found it, his solution was just to credit us for the forgotten items. I advised we wanted the items because we were staying at a motel and it was our dinner, and he promised they would fix it and have our missing items ready. The item I ordered was a classic chicken sandwich (just mayo and pickles), but when we got back to the motel with the replacement, the genius instead gave me a sandwich slathered in very spicy buffalo sauce, making it inedible. After all of this, I knew it was pointless to call back since they had twice proven how incompetent they were, so I did my best to try to wipe off the sauce so I could try and eat it, but I couldn’t finish it because it was so spicy. The whole ordeal was extremely frustrating, especially since the ticket on the bag was correct, yet the person who bagged the order couldn’t take a moment to read what was on the ticket and quality check it was correct and complete. Considering that the basis of their business was take out during the pandemic, I would think they could have perfected the process, but obviously I was wrong.

  Enjoy this location, it’s near my job. But on 9-29-22 my two guests and I received the worse service ever. Servers name was Palmer, he took forever to even acknowledge me. And I noticed I wasn’t the only one asking for a menu waiting to be served wow I could go on and on but don’t care to this Palmer person should not be in your building.

  We were there on a Monday(yesterday) 3 ish, asked to be seated on the patio because we had our pups in the car and it was hot, they obliged and they got to sit with us and even brought coke ice water for them!. Excellent service! The two gals that helped us, host and waitress 10 out of 10. I didn’t get their names wish I had but they were amazing! Food was good too, but service was exceptional!

  I had a great dine in experience! Service was perfect, server was cute and bubbly, accurate order taken, food delicious, would consider dining in again! Photos: 10pc +10 boneless Parmesan Garlic and Moscow Mule. ... However, I refuse to give five stars to this location due to several bad experiences with trying to order online and then resorting to trying to order via phone, only to be left unanswered several calls from not only myself but several friends at a group outing. In the future if we ever try to call again for a pickup order and it works, I'll consider reevaluating the score.

  Where do I start? The wait that we were told would only be 45 minutes turned into an hour and a half. We got there at 8 seated by 930 order taken at 945 and then nothing till 1055. We ordered the bagel knots as an appetizer and they didn't come out till after all our other food was delivered and there was a film on the cheese from how long it had been sitting under the heat lamp, my son's and daughter's fries were both cold and hard my daughter's chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and dry. They sauce on it had already melted completely into the bun your couldn't tell it was there. My husband ordered the appetizer plate and his nachos were stale and disgusting his chicken which was supposed to be sauced was sauced but it had baked onto the chicken, and his onion rings were limp and greasy, my son in laws chicken was cold and hard. My chicken wings were cold and over cooked. My son in law had asked to speak to the manager and when he did she acted like she didn't care and when he asked for his ranch, carrots and celery from the manager he still never got it. I had to ask for them from a passing waitress who was very prompt. We never received napkins or silverware and had to ask for refills on drinks. When I went to the restroom to get some paper towels so we could at least wipe our hands, I walked past the kitchen and our waitress was in the kitchen complaining to another waiter about us and when she seen me she started around a corner. After that we never seen her again. We were given a new waitress but by then it was too late and we were just done with the evening and their lack of help. I understand that times are tight when it comes to help but if she would have just paid a little more attention, since we were her only table, we wouldn't have complained.
