  Ordered food and beer immediately upon arrival. Got beer 20 minutes later. Got food 1 and a half hours later. It was the wrong food too! Told the waiter to take it back and to not charge us. 30 minutes later manager walks up apologizing that it's the kitchens fault. Told him to just run my card for the drinks, shows up another 15 minutes later. Doesn't sound like the kitchens fault.......sounds like you just suck at your jobs buddy.

  Food is standard for all BWW but the wait on food and drinks is the worst. The staff is friendly but apparently over extended cause they only come around about every 10-15 minutes. Great place to eat if you're not hungry or in a hurry.

  This is the worst buffalo wild wings! Staff doesn't care about your food or you . Everyone I come to this location is it worse. This last visit has proven to me I should drive 15 mins more to a better location . Our server left 3x to smoke outside. I had to ask other servers for help. She also put our food order in and then never can back. She just payed attention to a table next to us that was her friend.

  This location has been a let down the last few times we've dined-in and we wish we could give this place no stars. About a month ago, it took several minutes for us to be seated and after we had been seated the experience went downhill from there. Our server came over and took our drink order and returned to us after some time. Our server disappeared and when we saw her again she had a coat on and was walking out the door. We sat there for a good 30 or more minutes before anybody wanted to come over to take our food order. The guy who came over was actually serving a large group of people who were constantly needing attention. This guy apologized several times for the situation. Fast forward to tonight April 19, 2018. We were wanting to order out but the line was crazy long so we decided to eat in. We were seated and waited a good 20 minutes and nobody and I mean NOBODY came over to help us. There were 10+ employees on the floor taking orders and helping people. When we decided to leave the hostess avoided eye contact with us but had a smug look on her face as we walked past her. I will never return to this location.

  Went there the other night I knew something was up when I saw 3 stars. Order some wing and got nuke dry wing, it sucked.. I love fresh wing when done right.. you can't serve microwave wings don't they know better.. never again that location anyway.. stay away if your looking for fresh wings.
