  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.They use to not be like that I actually just tried to donate few items that was in mint condition shoes that still had the tag on it. The employee took one item out of probably 30 pieces (clothing included) and didn’t even want to take that one said it had a smell in it and the shoes were worn about twice, they hurt my feet when I attempt to wear them. she asked a employee beside her if she smelled it she claim she did at first and now she don’t she proceeded to take that specific item she seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder I felt discriminated and uncomfortable and I work in the area i will never give that type of service to any individual I didn’t want to make a scene but they made me feel like I was not welcomed I will never walk in that store again went to another consignment shop profited 90 dollars.

  NEVER SELL HERE. Do not waste your time or good clothes here! I don't even bother buying here. The shop is clean but the clothes I've seen you can get at a Good Will or at an Etsy shop for accessories. I wasted time sorting, folding, cleaning and walking a bag of clothes none of the items older than three years like Calvin Klein, Elle Tahari, Banana Republic, etc. to have all except one declined. I was talked around, not really acknowledged during the selling process, while the two women gave each other reasons not to take things "Well I wouldn't wear it so..." and saying "If you ignore the brand it would cost maybe $20." Meaning to me if you ignore the brand name and the quality of that brand so you can short the seller and then mark it up on the floor. Don't waste your time, get talked down to or get ripped off. Use a local Facebook page for your part of Philly that lets you put up clothes and name your price for pickup or drop off.

  Never sell here! I brought in two full bags of clothes and they took nothing. I proceeded to sell those same clothes at Plato's Closet and they gave me almost $70! Don't shop here either, their clothes are overpriced!

  As a customer, this is a great store. Good quality clothes, friendly staff, and a clean storefront. However, when selling they are rather lackluster. Asked the staff member behind the counter if shoes would be rejected based on size and was assured that nothing would be rejected due to size, but only condition. I tried to sell some name brand sneakers in mint condition and was told, less than a minute after being assured it wouldn't be an issue, that they would be too hard to sell due to size & was turned away. I understand certain sizes are difficult to sell but the staff contradicts themselves when it comes to their buying policy.
