  My truck was filthy and on top of that they closed an hr and half earlier than they were supposed to and I didn't get my $150 deposit yet because they closed early....I called so many times no answer

  This is a very poorly managed place I moved my mom from Las Vegas to Washington state last weekend. They did not have a trailer ready until a full day late and gave the well your saving money this way. The Truck was in bad condition I had to drive through the night getting flashed by every trucker on the road because the headlights were out so I hade no choice but to use the high beams. The woman working the counter was rude and most likely on drugs, she herself was at fault for the trailer not being ready and she made no effort to get it corrected like calling other Budgets see if they could help she just said well nothing I can do come back tomorrow. If that owner cared at all about his business or its customers he needs to fire his daughter. Bottom line go to U-Haul, hire a moving company or even hand carry your things just never use this place or you will be left stranded because of the incompetence of their employees. The only reason why there is one star is because they do not go into the negitive
