  The rooms are clean and reasonable, however there are obviously girls working out of there.

  Could be cheaper for the area, convenience has it's price. Cash only!

  They are nice on the inside. The new renovation has worked in there favor.

  Well i just got here today and im going to post pictures in a few days ..the price is too high for i dont have no kitchen at all or any thing to cook on and i am probably going to get 3 on my side if they dont supply me with a burner ...i figure if i pay up for the month ill then be able to take cost off the rent but im going to give them a chance only because they let thier guests be laid back and i didnt get a bad vibe which is wierd cuz i usually get hit with a bunch of rules and cant do this or that. Maybe they will give me a burner to cook on after all theyve been remodeling.. We shall see ....to be continued....

  I've been here four nights now. Im sorry other customers had bad experience. Location is not very good but I felt safer than motel 6 in Scottsdale which is drug infested. Front desk clerk is very helpful and friendly. Gate locked on my side of the room. Sign for trespassing is intimidating and hope it gives strong message out. Hot, hot, water, brand new mattress still covered with plastic. No mirror but bathroom is big and all newly renovated. No bed bugs but i only seen one roach i killed. Thanks Budget Motel I hope the rest of the stay is comfortable.
