  It is suppose to be a free phone government the rude girl that was working when I went to get my phone charged me ten dollars for the phone. And now my lil' phone is not working no service!!Unbelievable, Is she insane or what she don't deserve a job not friendly very rude and lousy customer service!!! Only Keeping It Real!!

  We try to keep extra phone chargers & battery's so we can keep our customers in a working device, we offer several different phone models to our eligible customers while we may not have 1 particular charger to fit your phone we will try to order one if you give us the time it takes to receive it Your more than welcome to come back in & see if we now have one that will fit you phone....It does us No Good not to keep our customers satisfied & online w/ a working device we are here to help you & all our current customers I apologize for not having the part to keep your phone activate but we will do everything possible to further assist you if you give us a chance.   The people at the office will NOT answer the phone. I called for three days and then still no answer and had to go into the office. These people are giving phones out in which they have no replacement chargers in store if a customer needs a replacement. Lifeline is not a appropriate name for the service. It is false advertisisng. The company should be put out of buisness. I give this company a NEGATIVE 5 star rating.
