  This was the worst place to ever rent a car. Please do not go here. I rented a car for week returned car in two days because my personal car was finished at body shop. They made me pay 200 dollars for 2 days when my reservation was for 250 for 7 days and i called customer service noone would fix it. I rent cars all time never had this issue. I will never rent from budget ever again.

  Horrible experience here - delt with baoli lu who is apparently the airport manager per her card. Regardless tried to check in 7 minutes before my reservations md she made me wait. Unreal. Also had to book through Expedia because their counter price was over $100 dollars more. I travel and rent a car every week for work and this was the worst experience by far I’ve ever encountered. Should have just gone with Lyft and uber.

  Watch out ! Rent an suv in the middle of the winter . It was very dirty inside and out . They told me to drive it to their car wash . They wash it outside only , even the outside was dirty after the wash . When I return it I was charge 150$ cleaning fee . I call , they have pictures , I didn’t report it . BS . The moment I have to drive to their car wash they knew the car was dirty in the beginning . Don’t take cars at this location that aren’t in perfect condition , or you will pay for it . That will have to open your mind about windshield cracks , car dents , who knows what else . I rent many cars many weeks a year , never got a problem like this .

  Online listing said "$26 a day". Told the woman behind the counter I wanted a 2-day rental, returning the car for a 6 AM flight. Estimated cost was $77. When I arrived the morning of the flight, no attendant and no car drop box, so I had to take a picture of the keys on the counter to ensure that they didn't charge me more for a late drop off. Bill came in at $167 for two days. Calling up customer service, they said they had received the car late, so charged more. When I emailed their complaint department, they agreed. Looking back at the receipt, the $77 was for one day, so the woman had input the order incorrectly. There are three other options at this airport, all of which I encourage you to try over Budget.

  When I need a rental this is where I go, they have nice cars to choose from , the people that serve you are friendly and professional. I have been going here for years. And the price is always right! And for me it is close to home. Easy pickup and easy return with no hassle 👍Thank you Budget.
