  I guess I was lucky because I had a good experience. Stayed at a hotel near the airport that had an airport shuttle. After breakfast, the shuttle took us to the airport and we picked the car without any waiting. Same experience on the return, drop it quickly.

  Started with the counter girls, we were being helped by this very nice girl named Stephanie. However, the girl next to her checked 4 ppl in while she was still trying to help us. When she asked her co-worker for help the way she was spoken to and shown how to do it was just rude. She clearly was new and still learning. Instead she should have had someone still showing her how to use the system and not put on the floor when she wasn't ready. It took over an hour to get us check in and receive our car.

  Horrible service all around, definitely do not rent from them. Spend the extra $30-50 and go with Enterprise or Avis 1. Line is ridiculously long for a rental car service, waited at least 30 minutes. 2. Initial gas was at half full. I asked three employees to make sure I only had to fill back up to half tank, they all said yes and the person who lets you out of the parking lot even wrote that down on my packet. Not surprised...I have a $50 surcharge for not filling up to full tank. - I'm currently fighting the surcharge through Budget online customer service which is horrendous and they honestly just say sorry, but don't refund the money. - I went ahead and cancelled the $50 through my credit card because it's the easier thing to do because Budget will never refund me the money. 3. Car smelled like smoke, the employees said that it's actually the cleaning material

  Not very helpful or happy people. Lady sent us to the wrong car. Loaded it just to be told we were in wrong vehicle when we tried to exit. The guy at gate was very nice, but lady at counter seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Plan to spend a lot more than what you’re quoted online too.. don’t forget NJ and NY has tons of toll roads!

  We had a great experience with Budget, the car was clean and in good working order, the people at the desk were very nice and helpful. We has a few questions about the return because of the incoming snow storm, everyone was very helpful. I am very pleased and would recommend them to my friends.
