  The new owners are very nice the building needs painted the rooms are outdated a lot of little things need to be fixed lots of families in other rooms drug activity lots of alcohol not a very nice place to stay very dirty rooms also

  Budget is located in Gladstone and was fairly clean and friendly too. I did notice that the facilities like laundry, and even the vending machines were run down and broken.. I was not very happy about this

  You'll notice that you will pay the same price for a room that is like run down compared to the room next to you could be either bigger or more nicer than the one your in which makes no sense. Manager (owners) are not so nice but if you talk to them they are nice enough to work with you if your staying in weekly rate rooms.

  Great friendly helpful staff clean room comfortable bed we had a fridge and microwave and a nice tv to watch with lots of channels we had a tub and shower in the bathroom nice air-conditioned room we liked the cute mirror above the sink we slept on a king sized bed so had lots of room because we brought our baby and she slept with us there were cute little light sconces by the bed on each side to be able to read at night we would like to say THANK YOU to the owners we were taken care of greatly while they were doing remodeling THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY !!.

  It WAS a great place homey feel, friendly people on staff for 9 months they got the tweekers out and the drugs out and clean op the place it used to have alot of police action but then down hardly any, they even help the family's that don't have a lot of money they make they food. then the owner started limiting how they clean 3 months ago so the black mold was creeping back, and won't let them enforce the rules and not let them give discounts even though it says it has then. The owner wil not get them things to fix things and takes their till money so they can not make change then calls police on them, he has a snitch in room 233, and let's not forget about the crumbling foundation. If you have to stay there DON'T
