  Reserving the car over the phone was easy as can be. Then car pick up was easy as can be. I first thought of immediately posting a review right then cause I was so pleased. However, the problems came when I returned the vehicle. I did an after hours drop of, following the instructions from budget on where and what to do. I made my drop off at 6am. I called at 8am and was routed to 1-800 number. They could not confirm my car was received. I continued to call location all day and kept being routed to 1-800 number. The following day the process continued. I was told location never answers the phone and to rest assured that they have cameras for security and know that my car was returned, and that it may take 3 days to close out my rental. The next day the same thing. No confirmations car was received. Now a week later, I get a charge to my bank of a much higher than contracted amount. I again tried to call location and no answers. 1-800 numbered told me that the car was returned to the wrong location and a fee was charged. And that I extended day rates were higher than what I was told on the phone. Person at budget said that since there is no proof of what price they quoted me, that they will not honor it. I asked them to pull phone recorded tapes from my calls. They said they will turn in a ticket to investigation team, and now two weeks later still nothing. And as the car being returned to the wrong location, they refuse to reverse that fee, even though I have pictures and recordings showing where I drop off car and at what time. This place is a scam. They hit you after you return the car, and then give you the run around... you have been warned.

  The car that was rented to our family was not inspected by there employees after receiving it from another customer, than we get charged for damage to the vehicle from the previous customer's, very rude and sly where the customer service at this location and our family being charged 200 for a crack windshield.
