  My husband always rented budget cars and never had problems until we get to this one, this place is the worst!!

  Recently called today to set up a car rental and a gentleman picked up after I let him know why I was calling he responded to call back within 15 to 20 minutes because he was busy (forgot the reason). I almost want to laugh but that's horrible customer service. I'm not calling back and these reviews before mine have also helped me to make my decision. Going with Enterprise.

  This is the worst place to rent a car. When I returned the car everything was fine then two week later got a notice that I was being charged 2,500 dollars in damages. I know Neal and Mr. Ernie Lopez are part of a big insurance fraud scheme . I have hired a private investigator to get to the bottom of this to make sure nobody else will get ripped off by these thieves.

  Horrible customer service! Anna at the front desk was extremely rude and could not adequately explain independently owned standard operation procedures. My Perception was it appeared Anna was profiling her customers in terms of what documents she needed to see before renting out a vehicle. I spent a career renting vehicles and have never had to answer so many questions and provide documentation. Tried numerous times to speak to Carla the manager with no success.

  Carlos, really, you are unwilling to stay an extra 10 minutes? I rent every month from Budget for the past year and a half. Things have really gone down hill over the past couple rental times...On time flight and unwilling to stay until 12:10pm. I’m sure that by time I get off plane it might be 12:20. I miss Verneeta, she was always happy go lucky, willing to help and showed incredible customer service; she was worth giving a generous tip too.
