  The car was good,the service sucked. We got a Hyundai Elantra and the front end was dinged and pushed in,the guy didn’t mark it on the sheet when inspecting and we brought it to his attention. I took pics and video of it before we left with my phone. He says “don’t worry about it”. Go to return it and another guy comes out and is giving us weird looks like we wrecked it,then does a 15 minute inspection of the car basically turning it inside out looking for any type of damage he can find. Felt like we were on trial or criminals. Will never book through this location or any other budget for that matter because of how unprofessional and rude they are. Definitely out for tourists money here! Enterprise all the way!

  I wish I could give "0" stars. We had a road trip planned and I booked and prepaid for my vehicle SIX MONTHS IN ADVANCE. When we arrived, our car was not there and we had to wait over an hour for one to be brought over from the airport. This resulted in us getting on the road late. I was told I would be given a $40 credit (this was in December) still no credit. I called and left a message and was expecting to get a return call...still no call. It's now March!

  DO NOT RENT from this location. They suddenly removed there after hours Box and has charged me and extra day because of this. Rented vehicle in 10/2017 STILL waiting on a call back from the manager, UNPROFESSIONAL .

  I thought this was a reputable location, they suddenly removed there after hour drop box and didn't make me aware! They charged me for and extra day! Do not rent from this location, I called to speak with the manager and still have yet to hear anything, I'm glad my credit card company was able to refund me. Unprofessional and I will never rent with them again!!!
