  Worst service in the world !!!!!!!!!! I have booked a car through rentalcars with a baby seat I was told there isn't a seat available and that I didn't book one . The representative was yelling at me and told me he is not a liar so that's why he is raising is voice at me. We gave up and when went to pick the car . There was a baby seat there . When I asked the guy that handle the cars he said that it's not saved for anyone . I called the manager to complain he said he will speak to them about it .and doesn't need to discuss it with me any further. Buttom line .if you want to get the worst customer service in the American continant go to budget plaza. You will get yelled at free of charge

  Convenient location. They ran out of cars even though we had a reservation. Call before you get there to double-check. We were lucky that someone returned a car while we were there. Unfortunately, our car was out of gas upon pickup. We didn't see the office right away cause it says "Avis" instead of "Budget". The office is at street level, but there is no pedestrian access to the cars themselves - you have to walk down into a parking garage.

  Great location. Just remember that Avis is affiliated to Budget so they actually share the rental office!

  I found the price, car and service excellent. One suggestion is to explain in detail the use of the cards/tickets needed to exist the garage. I am senior citizen and needed help n scanning the exit tickets. I got the help I needed. I will use you again next time.

  Smooth transaction from booking to return. They had the best monthly rates. Location on google map can be deceiving. Look for Avis sign, they share the same office.
