::The staff at this location are extremely friendly and helpful. I managed to mess up my online booking (by booking at the wrong location) but they were able to clear it up quickly and hassle free to get me on the road. Overall, great experience and I would come back here in the future.

::Convenient location for a neighborhood that needs cars, but poor setup. If you need to get a car in the morning expect to wait a long time. Also expect to wait a long time to drop off because they have to check you in and if there's anyone in front of you in line at the desk it takes forever. And on top of it all, no evening dropoffs. Timewise you're probably better off riding the metro two stops to the airport. Joint with Avis, but unlike other Avis locations you can't just pick up your reserved car and go.

::The Tommy and Amanda as well as all the other people at this location are amazing. I was having a crisis and my insurance company people were not helping in a manner as I would have like but Tommy saved the day and my life. I've been going to this location ever since and they are really the best!!!!!

::Let's face it - one typically doesn't associate renting a car with having a pleasant experience. Well, Budget/Avis in the Pentagon City Mall completely changed this for me. Prior to this location opening, I would always shop around when I needed to rent a car. Since this location opened, I don't waste time doing that anymore. I know that I will always receive extremely reasonable pricing with amazing customer service/convenience at the Budget in the Pentagon City Mall. These guys are always extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent a car in the DC/NoVa area.
