  He sold me the wrong battery which did damage to my motorcycle. Then would not replace it with the correct one or refund me because there was "only one week left on the warranty"

  do yourself a favor: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE ! I had a bad battery on my truck , bought a new one from this store for $124 , ran my truck for 2 days, the battery was dead again . when to my ford dealer , they said the "budget batteries" battery can not hold the charge , does not have enough amp to crank the engine , they checked my alternator and it is working just fine . and they put on their own battery , its been almost 2 weeks now and my truck starts like a champ . my advice is dont use budget batteries , they only sell you junks . Especially this store Rainier ave south near I-90 ramp , the guy is a joke, i came to complained about his bad battery and ask for solution maybe return maybe store credit , he jumped around like..well you get my idea . He offer to buy back for $5 .He is rude and not professional .

  Very quick experience. The guy really knows what he's doing, I wouldn't say it was the friendliest service I ever received but the guy was cool and professional and handled my needs in a timely manner at the best price I could find in town.

  We returned a battery beouse it was bad the guy in charge is a arrogant we tray to return the battery becous of warranty and he wanted $120 don't buy batteries in here go some where also Mal servicio tratamos de regesar una bateria defectuosa y nos cobraba $120 no compre aqui el dueño es muy arrogante.
