  Such a horrible place. These guys in the front literally do not know what they are doing. Also, the spanish lady in the front was quite rude. I mean.... you are not supposed to be licking your finger and not make an eye contact when your customer is asking for help lol.. PLEASE. PLEASE, go to the another Budget car rental place in Piscataway. That place is much nicer and absolutely know what to do.

  Be Careful before you rent a car from this location. VERY VERY bad experience with these guys at Edison Location, They don't have track of current rentals, no info on available cars, i was supposed to rent a car at 8AM, in-spite of prior booking, they didn't had one for me. made me to wait for 45 mins and i got the car with half gas but noticed it was mentioned full in papers. Finally though i left the car on time they have charged me 40% more stating u left the car an hour late. Even after explaining them that i received the car late (45 mins), they are not ready to accept the fact. Manager himself says he cant help and dont want to discuss more on this. On top of all these, they do rent cars with failed brakes, be extra cautious people.

  The guy named FELIX who works here is an awesome guy.. He is very polite and very much helpful. I enjoy his service. I would rate him 10/10 .
