::I reserved a truck online ... when I got there they did not have the size I needed. They actually only had 2 trucks and they were already reserved. I left to take my business elsewhere because they couldn’t help me and I needed the truck right then. I just saw I was charged a no show fee. I’m very angry. We had used budget for a military move in the past but this whole situation leaves a very bad taste in my mouth! STAY FAR AWAY!

::There is no option to leave 0 stars... so I am forced to give them a higher rating. Avoid them at any cost!!!! I reserved a truck over a week in advance. When I called the day before to verify the truck was available (after hearing from someone else that they didn't have a truck for their move) I got the run around. Had to call the customer service number then they told me they didn't have any trucks available. They were not sympathetic. They were actually jerks. And they had no intentions of calling to inform me that I wouldn't have a truck. I explained to them I had movers coming and they just didn't care. Don't waste your time with these guys. Just go to U-Haul and save yourself the trouble.

::I just prepaid for a rental car for pickup today and I called to make sure that they received confirmation at local office and they tell me that they DO NOT HAVE ANY VEHICLES!! They took my money online and didn't even have any vehicles available!!! Worst rental experience I've ever had, I will NEVER go back to budget rental car, the lady at the local office even tried to push the blame on me and said that I should have called!! Why allow money to be taken from someone and not have the product that they paid for??

::Been renting from this location for since 2011 owners were awesome and no problems but then sometime early 2014 a different type of people run it now. I new that wasn't a good sign. Sure enough, after renting there, i was dinged with a damage claim that is false. Will never rent from there again as long as those people are running it. Use caution and extreme preventative measures to protect your self against false accusations. Pictures and videos and signed papers are important!!!
