  I made a reservation online an entire month before my move and they called me the day before my move to inform me that they didn't have any trucks! The day before? Are you kidding me? The excuse was the reservation is to lock in the rate but not the equipment. Poor customer service. I will not be using them again.

  I'm sorry, I cannot give this company a good review. I drove from Arlington to Jackson, Michigan and it took me SEVEN fill ups. On 27 gallons, it should go further than 157 miles before needing a refill!!

  I rent at this budget all the time. The staff are friendly, and courteous, I've never had any problems at this facility, and as a matter of fact this facility is five miles out of my way. I come here just for the good service.. P.S. It's a place where everybody knows your name.....LOL HAPPY RENTING
