  Visiting Austin and heard this place was the place to be, waited in line to get in for about 15 to 20 minutes the bouncer takes my ID looks at me and says “you’re not 5’5” and refuses to let me in. Meanwhile, not looking at any one else’s ID and waved people to walk in. I asked him why and he said your height and waved me off. I am appalled at how rude the bouncer was. Nonetheless enjoyed a few drinks else where. Now we understand why it’s called the dirty 6th.

  My absolute favorite bar on 6th! They have $1.50 Wells drinks till 11pm and the bartenders are so friendly and helpful you make new drinks. I usually ask for a fruity Wells drink with vodka or rum!!!!

  This place was recommended by a bartender at moose knuckles. He said ask for Samantha....so glad we stopped by. Samantha was on point! & even recommended few new shots to us. All were delicious! Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for some unique shots! Look for Samantha!

  An incredible variety of shot selections posted right up above the bar. You can have an awesome time sipping on a $1.50 well drink while indulging on all sorts of shots. They have a bunch of glass rims from Oreo to fruity pebbles.

  Nice spot along the much-hyped East 6th Street entertainment. 2 Floors of fun filled spirit. The variety of music they play is incredible. They even have a mini arcade upstairs and a dance floor. Relaxing and entertaining is what I Like about Buckshot.
