  Terri helped my three young adult (athletically built) sons to find comfortably fitting jeans and accessories (shoes, underwear, and sweaters) all within a timely fashion!! This is important, because one son in particular hates to shop, one son hates jeans and one son loves the comfort of his previous pair of Buckle jeans. Needless to say, Terri understood my dilemma and provided excellent service for all three young men. Each one flashing his perfect smile in delight with his purchases. Thank you Terri for providing us with a custom shopping experience, where we could get everything on our list in one store. We are done with Christmas shopping!! One Happy Mom...three happy sons😊!!!

  Horrible customer service. I walked around trying to find my right size of jeans for about 40 minutes. I left w 2 pairs of jeans without any help. When the girl at the register asked who helped me I said "No One!". She knew I was upset. I rarely need help but when I do no one is there! Never going back to the Southlake store.
