  Not impressed...showed up on time 11am not seen until right after 12pm Also my father requested room downstairs due to the fact that he is still in recovery from back surgery so to me that is medical necessity not a preference.....but he braved the stairs anyway in order to receive service😡Seating in waiting room also uncomfortable.On the upside staff friendly and professional and restroom excellent condition.

  The Doctor I saw rushed me through my appointment. I had questions and wanted a course of action or options for my condition - but I was in and out so fast. Maybe this is not the norm but my experience left me disappointed. I decided not to return but to find a new Detmatologist.

  Absolutely outstanding. I have been her patient for 8 years and could not be happier, nor more satisfied. Dr. Bucay is an incredibly knowledgeable, brilliant, down-to-earth professional who is an internationally recognized leader in her field. She is part of a small group of physicians at the top level in aesthetic dermatology in the US and worldwide - we are very lucky to have her (and her team) in San Antonio. Is there anything better than knowing that you can absolutely trust the person who will take care of your aesthetic concerns, and will take care of your health at the same time?

  Dr. Bucay is a brilliant and caring doctor, she listens to her patients and addresses their concerns. She's been treating me for a few years with Dysport and just recently filler. I've never looked better and I trust her completely. You walk out of her office feeling like a celebrity, the energy is amazing. The office staff at both locations are always warm and courteous. I particularly love the fact that she's on top of the game with her continued education. This is a great, warm environment and I would recommend it highly.

  Estoy mas que feliz... Mi cara ah mejorado al 100%... Cero manchas. Ni líneas de expresión. Y lo mas mejor,es que la gente me dice que luzco mas joven y bonita . Vivían Bucay es la mejor opción para lucir Hermosa... Im happy .Gracias Doctora Vivían Bucay 😘
