::My dog isn't very good with baths and other dogs and thankfully it was empty there but everyone was so nice and understanding with my crazy dog who HATES baths. The place was very clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this place. I did try to make a reservation a day before I went there online but didn't ask me a time I would like to make a reservation and think that should be changed since it makes it sound like if you don't show up that day that you get charged. I expected someone to email me or call me since they asked for my phone number and email but didn't get anything so only showed up to get a bath done and forgot to ask to get her nails trimmed when leaving.
