  This is a Lagree fitness studio, which means the classes incorporate exercises that resemble Pilates but are all executed on a machine called the megaformer. Google lagree fitness method if you're confused! Youtube also has a ton of videos, and btone has uploaded some as well. The instructors at Btone Southie are all great. The studio just opened over the summer, so a lot of clients are new and just learning. Everyone's friendly and supportive, and the small group dynamic is nice because you can get the attention you need for proper form as you move through the various exercises. Great addition to the neighborhood!
