  Was legit going to buy furniture. And they took for ever to help us. We didn't even get greeted felt like they didn't even care about us. Literally had to ask for help more then 3 times. Wasted 3 hr of my time on something I was already ready to buy. DO NOT GO! I REPEAT! DO NOT GO!!!

  Bad management worse place I have ever been furniture is cheap and is very over priced I advise everyone to shop somewhere else better deals at Wal-Mart and at IKEA

  They damage your floors, even after spending a little over $1000. They send "their" contracted company to come out and estimate damage or offer you 10% back....I chose the repair and he came out, estimated, and I have not heard from the repairman or store manager since. They refuse to give you any corporate contacts other than an email and even after I refused to continue to work with the manager at white settlement and speak with a corporate rep only, he still continued to be the only one who would email or call and just give excuse after excuse. They showed up way later than the time listed, I only initialed the time box, but the employee drew a line through everything else and they said I agreed to not hold them liable for damage. Absolutely disrespectful management and when we confronted the delivery employees about the damage, they were rude and argued with us in our home, even when we pointed out the tears that lined up where they dragged the furniture. Would not EVER use this company and after having the furniture only a few months, it is cheap and I regret the purchase all together. *****update below to respond***** Follow up to the post below. I have heard from NO ONE since the repairman came to do the estimate. It is laminate faux wood...and can be purchased at any home improvement store. Please just stop lying. It took me calling other stores before white settlement would even do anything. To also get on here and say they that you have gotten in touch with me....basically proves that all you do is argue with customers. Also you should be reminded that this was at the beginning of February!!!! It is now almost April and nothing except this response to try and make things look ok. You are crooks and have horrible customer service.

  We were a little nervous about coming here because of the reviews. However, we were impressed with the quality of the furniture and guest service. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile. She led us to the sofa area and answered all of our questions. Once we found what we were looking for, another employee guided us through the purchasing process. The freight loaders quickly and carefully loaded my truck and we were on our way. They were like a well oiled machine. Very happy about the service and our new sofa.

  This is a really good place to find bargains for furniture. The staff was helpful and friendly.
