4 people were working in the store: they couldn't make their breakfast sandwich because they didn't have the ingredients made and ready to go. The attitude of the 2 serving was very poor. They looked at the customers with disgust. Need to hire different employees. The cashier/stock employee was doing the best he could but he couldn't do everything for all the others. The manager was sitting in his cubicle and not helping or training or supervising anyone. Tried to call the store to talk to the manager and complain...they let the phone ring for 5 minutes, then just picked up the phone and said nothing and let it just be silent. Tried again...and they just let the phone ring. This was the line to place orders. This business is failing.

Been there 3 times and every time they get my order wrong. Absolutely terrible staff.

The bagels are fresh and warm. Very tasty. I pick up the bakers dozen cases here once in awhile for this deal I do on Saturday mornings. Occasionally they've been low or almost out of the good cream cheeses but we always make it work.

The bagels are pretty good and the sanity is good. If you have an allergy than you are pretty safe here. The only big thing that they can improve is there hours because the close at 5 or 6 every day and they open at 9 so kind of a short time period.
