  We come here quite often, nice location and we love the jalapeño bagels. Everything is good except the customer service, one of the guy who talks to the customer is always very rude and kind of angry and shouts all the time. Initially we through he was having a bad day or something but not this has been happening every visit, seems like he hates taking orders or talking to people. This is no where near to the Panera experience, hopefully i find another good bagel place and not go to this location altogether.

  Pros: I thought this place was decent. Staff were very friendly. The sandwich I ordered (farmhouse) was good. Cons: The bagel, egg both had a vibe of mass production, almost the way dunkin donuts does; the eggs seemed like precooked patties if that makes sense. No taylor ham available either which is a must at bagel spots IMO. The signature sandwiches are a good concept and I feel if this was made more fresh-to-order e.g. prepared on a flattop grill like most other breakfast spots do, it'd be a 4.5/5. Coming from NJ, the bar is high for bagels / breakfast sandwiches; assembling a sandwich from pre-cooked products sitting in a warmer doesn't really cut it.

  They think it’s ok to have an HOUR long wait for a bagel to be ready when you place an order on any weekend. This is an average bagel *chain* owned by Panera-but they act like they are some sort of real NY bagel place by giving attitude and hour long waits. Pretty ridiculous. Could you imagine waiting an hour for a Panera order?

  As I stepped into the dimly lit bagel shop, I couldn't help but feel a sense of intrigue wash over me. The tantalizing aroma of freshly baked bagels filled the air, and my mouth began to water at the prospect of indulging in one of the shop's famous creations. I ordered a Western on Everything bagel and a bag of assorted bagels with creamy, velvety cream cheese. The bagels were delectably soft and bursting with flavor, each bite more satisfying than the last. The house coffee, too, was divine - rich and robust, with a depth of flavor that left me wanting more. But as I sipped my coffee, I noticed a small issue. The large cup seemed to leak around the lid, leaving a puddle on the counter. It was a minor inconvenience, to be sure, but one that did not diminish my overall enjoyment of the shop. In the end, I left the bagel shop feeling satiated and thoroughly impressed. It was a culinary experience unlike any other, and one that I would eagerly repeat. Five stars, without a doubt.

  Bruegger's knows how to make a true bagel. Kettle boiled then finished on a stone hearth, not like some places that just bake theirs in an oven. They're also made fresh daily. They have a wide variety of bagels, sandwiches, meals, cream cheeses, etc. Plenty of options for breakfast and throughout the day. Always one of my go-to breakfast places when one is nearby. This location is in a convenient location, and has an outdoor seating area. Highly recommended!
