  My tooth crown fell off. I called the answering service and left a message for Dr Smith, who had placed the crown. Ninety minutes pass by and I have not received a call back, so I call again and leave another message. Another 3 hours or so pass by and still no call back from my dentist. So I call again and leave a message. It is now the morning after and still no call back from my dentist. So disappointed. What a shame.

  I really hate to go to the dentist. I have always had a real problem getting my lower jaw numb for any treatments. Dr. Smith always gets it the first time. He really is the best I have ever had. I never feel a thing. 18 months ago I moved to Tampa and I've been flying back to Houston for my dental care. Its been worth it. The entire staff there is great. I've never had anything but a positive experience.

  The best in Houston, and probably Texas! We love him and the staff is amazing.
