  George is extremely thorough and professional. He made a not so great situation (mice) easy to understand and digest - sounds like in a place like Hoboken, this is a common issue. He filled in any holes the unwelcome guests could come in and traps throughout and promised to return if we still see activity over the next few weeks. We've had previous awful experiences with other exterminators in the past, so George was a welcome breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

  I found Brownstone Pest Control on Google after scheduling an appointment with another company and sure enough I called the other company back and cancelled immediately. Best decision I've made! I spoke to George over the phone and knew immediately that he knew what he's doing. He's a professional and cared about his customers. We scheduled for the next day and he arrived promptly. As he was placing the products in my house, he thoroughly explained to me what caused my roach infestation and how to prevent it. He explained how his products work and what to expect one the next couple of weeks. He also reassured me of my concerns about the products and the safety of my dog. The way he explained everything was so simple yet thorough and informative, signs of expertise. Im so glad I chose Brownstone Pest Control over another company (who showed up as one of the top results on Google), because all they cared about was the price, how I'm gonna pay for it and the appointment "because we have to give our guys the schedule before tomorrow." Being someone who knows nothing about pests and insects, it gives me peace of mind that I have George to call in case my roach problem comes back and know that it will be taken care of. He is reliable, personable and a pro. Thank you Brownstone Pest Control! I hope I don't have to call you, but i know that if I need to, I know my home is in good hands.
