  One of the worst experiences i had with this dealership. I had to deal with josh and one of their managers and the sales rep doesn’t even have an idea of what’s the car worth and very bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Please save yourself sometime and look for someone else.

  Great buying experience! Jim in sales and Brad in financing are the dynamic duo!! They were both so easy to work with, provided outstanding customer service and gave me the best deal I could get. All other staff members were wonderful as well. I highly recommend Honda Arlington to anyone in search of a vehicle.

  I have taken my car here twice. The first time was for the 30,000 miles check up and I waited for 4 hours since there were no cars available to use for the day as mentioned on their website. The second time just an oil change which was quickly suggested to be a few additional services that would turn into a $500 visit. I was there for 2 hours that day. My car was not washed either day (also mentioned on the website) thought I noticed others were so not sure why not. And after returning home from my last visit I found a wrench left under the hood of my car. I can't imagine why I wasn't picked to complete a servery.

  After extensive research on both cars and dealers with good reviews, we went to Brown's. Jim greeted us cheerfully and proceeded to show what we were looking for and also a better car than the ones we found online. We appreciated Jim's laid back and kind personality. We are very happy with the used car we bought and the price was reasonable. We expect to return for our next purchase in the near future.
