::l walked and 15 minutes before closing time to get an appraisal on some gold and They tell me I would have to come back the Next day. Then asked to look at a necklace and told me I would have to come back the next day as well even though the closing time is 7 o'clock. Other than that they have great service just try to get there early.

::Best jeweler in Charlotte! They have incredible customer service, great pricing, and beautiful jewelry. They take care of their clients and treat them like people and not just a sale. I visited Diamonds Direct and felt like I was just another sale they were trying to close. Thankfully I decided on Brownlee and couldn't be happier!
