  Who does not like Brookstone? They always surprise me with some crazy stuff. I would prefer if the goods would be less expensive or the quality would be better. Otherwise great place.

  I used to be a big FAN of Brookstone & always had a massage chair from them for years!!! In fact, I always got their extended plan and when it broke in 2~3 years, just upgraded to new one. During my last visit in 2016, they were hesitant to take my extended warranty but their manager did override on it which was nice. 3 Star is not exactly for this store but for brookstone in general. Their Extended Plan is NO LONGER through the store. In fact, you have to ship those back to them with your own $$. And they will NOT let you drop it off at the store. I'm assuming this will cost close to $100 between buying a box that's big enough and shipping. Their extended plan is no longer worth it and I probably won't be buying a new one...

  They had such an amazing sale during Christmas time where you could buy 3 items Mix and Match and get 1 item free equal or lesser value. This made my Christmas shopping very very easy this year. I have always bought my family and friends gift from here because not only are they well used but they are timeless piece. The massage items they carry range from personal use to on the go use which i find very useful.

  Friendly staff impressed my boys with a demonstration of the star wars bb8 toy and the selection is really impressive for tech. It seems they've finally had enough of freeloaders using their massage chairs, which is kind of a sad development.
