  I just visited this location. I was the only guest in the store. I was completely ignored by the two men working. One on the phone in the back with his feet up the other walked right past me trying not to make eye contact. I’ve never experienced customer service this poor.

  Pretty disappointing experience. They had a very small selection of Milano shirts and the staff didn't want to be bothered

  Beautiful suits and men's dress clothing options! I love Brooks Brothers because they make some very high quality products. They also have some product lines that are a bit sub-par. I am in love with their Golden Fleece suits, which offer full-canvassing, excellent fabrics, hand tailoring and lots of custom work. Unfortunately, they do not have any Golden Fleece at the downtown Portland store. They do have the 346 line, which is horrible, fused junk. I would recommend this store, so long as you know a bit about suits and how to differentiate between quality and junk, because the were a lot of great things on the racks here.

  I'm a huge fan of Brooks Brothers & their products. Consistent styles & quality have pulled BB into my regular office day fashion circle. This location boasts an awesome range of traditional Brooks Brothers' staples as well as the newest season's offering. The sales associates & management are helpful & the physical layout lives up to the brand's standard.

  I wish they stocked more shoes, but a great place for upscale clothing!
